The celebrity shared that she began to trust people less, constantly cried and slept badly at night.
“To be honest, it’s not the best time in my life. Since the war, I’ve been very anxious, I don’t trust people. I check 10 times if I closed the door. I often wake up at night. I cry every day . you have to be afraid, shy,” he said.
At the same time, Alexandra Zaritskaya showed what she does during attacks to calm down faster.
“Cross your palms, hook your thumbs so they resemble a butterfly. Place your palms on your chest and alternate rhythmically tap yourself on your collarbones . Through the internal vibration of the voice you will hear sounds like a strong heartbeat. This will calm you down. Continue this practice until you feel that breathed evened out,” said the frontwoman of the KAZKA group.
