Ukrainian singer Zlata Ognevich conducted a live broadcast on Instagram with the wives of soldiers from the regiment Azovdeployed in Mariupol.
According to the women, hundreds of soldiers and civilians on the blockade were asking for help.
“You see, draw conclusions, don’t keep quiet about the fact that right now hundreds of people are praying and begging for safety. Continued shelling, bombing, lack of green corridors, lack of food, medicine, ridicule and murder of occupiers-This is the course of life of ordinary people who until recently lived in a beautiful city, dreamed, loved, worked, planned … They did not deserve it.The military garrison, hundreds of civilians , more than 500 are injured. They need to be pulled out IMMEDIATELY, rescued, called to the world community, do everything to save people! ” – said Ognevich.
The singer also urged not to be indifferent and support Mariupol.
“And one more. It’s important. I still have hope that Ukraine needs the LIVING heroes. And the authorities of our country will make every effort to save them,” he added.
