The celebrity said that he can get a passport of a citizen of Ukraine without passing the exam, but for this it is necessary to go to Belarus.
The star of the Diesel Show, Yevgeny Smorygin, who recently admitted that he went to take an exam for obtaining Ukrainian citizenship, said how many points he received. This was reported on the comedy television show’s website.
In particular, he said that he could get a Ukrainian passport in a different way, because his wife, whom he has been married to for 13 years, is Ukrainian. However, for this the actor had to go to Belarus and change the documents. Therefore, he decided to pass the exam, which he successfully passed, getting 97 points out of 100 possible.
“This test is necessary to get Ukrainian citizenship. I can do it in a different way – for children and a wife I have been married to for 13 years. But for this I have to go to Belarus and change my passport. It was issued by another form that proves that I went abroad, but I can’t go there because I’m not sure if they will allow me to come back,” he said.
Now Yevgeny Smorygin has collected all the necessary documents that Minister of Culture Alexander Tkachenko must submit to President Vladimir Zelensky for approval.
“Furthermore, as I understand it, the Minister of Culture must submit a request to the President of Ukraine with my request to obtain citizenship. Argue that I am a representative of Ukraine, I am working, I have been here for several years , I have a pro-Ukrainian position, and I want to become Ukrainian. When exactly such a request will be signed, I don’t know. The only question that remains is this,” he explained.
Earlier it was reported that the former participant of the Diesel Show Oleg Ivanitsa, who joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine since the beginning of the full-scale war, spoke about the premonitions of the attack.
