Ukrainian TV presenter Masha Yefrosinina admitted that since the beginning of a large-scale war, she faced serious health problems. He revealed this in an interview with Insider.
According to him, constant stress has caused many emotional conditions that doctors help to cope with.
“During these almost nine months of war, I experienced various states: panic, fear, despair, calm, discipline, destruction, re-assembly. And it seemed to me that it was a permanent state of incoherence that will. Many people live here. From what I was able to return to the regimen with the help of doctors is a dream,” he said.
At the same time, Masha Efrosinina added that she experienced behavioral problems with food, which also had a negative impact on health.
“I’m slowly coming back to my diet because I had an eating disorder, completely. I’m slowly coming back to sports, to Pilates, which is an absolute main force for me in civilian life. Before, I was doing it every day, Now I feel that I have some strength to just start training,” admitted the presenter.
The TV presenter believes that many Ukrainians are thrown at the bottom of Maslow’s pyramid and everyone is thinking about how to survive in a war.
“During the war, I had a new rule: if I didn’t want to do something, I wouldn’t do it. My little success was already there: I didn’t blame myself for it, like before. I just did nothing, sometimes for a few days, I let myself cry, or just take care of the child, or “leave” everyday life, which I still have so much that it seems to me that I have not yet participated in it so many throughout my life. Sometimes I fall, but I respect myself in this state. And then I go and try to cover everything while assembling,” she summed up.
