Ukrainian musician, leader of the group Druha Rika Valeriy Kharchishin showed his work cleaning the rubble of his house in Gostomel destroyed by the invaders. He tells about his misfortune in Snidanka z 1+1.
As you know, a Russian rocket destroyed the artist’s house in March during the occupation. And only now Kharchyshyn, together with a group of volunteers, is repairing the rubble of the housing that burned to the ground upon arrival.
“The first thought: thank God I’m not here. Well, then the memories: how I built, how I first brought my dog Barney here, how my son Vanya ran with a sausage in first floor, how he sued for the land and won in court. Various details come out of memory,” the singer said.
Among the important things, the singer was able to save only the stove.
“The cast-iron stove survived, it did not rotate from the temperature, because it is a durable material. I dressed it, cleaned it and returned it completely. I returned it to the state it was before the fire,” Kharchishin added.
We will remind, earlier Kharchishin said that he built this house for a long time. Almost all the money was spent on construction.
