As part of the My Strength project, the performer, who is trying to help other Ukrainians, lay down on the drip to recover.

Ukrainian singer Olya Tsibulskaya admitted that she was on a drip for a month due to the severe deterioration of her health. He announced this on his Instagram page.

According to the artist, trying to help other Ukrainians survive the constant experiences caused by a massive war, he stopped caring about his personal psychological state.

“I recorded this video in July and I didn’t know I was going to be an under dropper for a month. And I didn’t know why I suddenly got sick. I lied to myself when I always tried to pretend it was okay everything is mine. I forbade myself from bad thoughts and lost my true self somewhere between the three points after the phrase “I must be strong for …” The body just said ” so, stop,” and I thundered under a dropper for a month, ” he said.

At the same time, the singer added that according to the Ministry of Health, more than 90% of Ukrainians have at least one symptom of post-traumatic stress disorder, so everyone should monitor their mental health and, if necessary , contact specialists.

“Where we will not stand, we will stand. Take care of yourself for the future of the whole country,” summed up Olya Tsibulskaya.
