When fighters are “covered” with absolutely all guns, their morale drops dramatically
Ukrainian dancer and model Nazar Grabar, who volunteered for the Donetsk region to defend the country from the Russian invaders, admitted that the worst thing on the front was enemy artillery. He spoke about this in an interview for the YouTube channel Money 24 – About business.
According to him, during the shooting of the Armed Forces of Ukraine they could not give any refusal and just wait in the trenches for the end of the fire.
“The shelling is the most difficult thing. Many people today seem to be in a shooting range, they put pictures from the AR-15, they say,” if there is a war, then I am ready. “but now it’s mostly. a war of vehicles, a war of drones, artillery and fire adjustments. So now the most important people are gunners. And artillery is a subject: you’re just covered by everything they have . There’s nothing you can do.” It hurts. your morale very much. You can’t even lift your head. Cluster bombs, tanks, Grads, armored personnel carriers were dropped on us,” Grabar said.
He added that he and his companions were lucky. Grabar is surrounded by skilled fighters from the MTR.
“They jumped into our trenches and said:” We understand that nothing lowers morale like artillery, because it fools you, and you can’t do anything. Our task is not to give in to panic and fear, because we know what comes after the artillery – the infantry comes to clean up. And that’s where we’re going to fight.” And that’s where, of course, the adrenaline kicks in… When a pure mortar starts working, they don’t fall hard, but they still fall for them. don’t raise their heads, and the infantry began to march. You have to be careful, on the way out, keep your head down and prevent the infantry from moving forward. We now have to conduct a shooting battle: change positions, find new points and dig in as much as possible, take up defense so they don’t pass us,” added the dancer.
Recall that the former Ukrainian singer Taras Topolya, who served as a paramedic in the Armed Forces of Ukraine since the first days of the war, spoke about the most terrible situations at the front.
