Amber Heard is suing Johnny Depp again

Previously, the trial of the ex-husband caused a lot of damage to the actor’s career and he lost several big contracts.

Hollywood movie star Amber Heard filed an appeal listing 16 grounds against her ex-husband Johnny Depp. Vanity Fair writes about it.

According to the documents, the grounds for the appeal include everything from the lack of clear and compelling evidence of actual malice, the standard by which defamation cases are decided, to the trial court’s refusal to dismiss -damages awarded by the jury thereafter are valid.

Some points relate to accepted evidence that should not have been accepted and evidence that was not accepted but should have been, including various communications with health care professionals, as well as with employees, friends and family.

The lawsuit came to the Virginia court immediately after Depp’s appearance in the United States.

It will be remembered that the 59-year-old Depp lost the case in the UK, but won in the US. This meeting was televised around the world. So, the star received a whole “army” of support in social networks.
