Hollywood actress Jennifer Aniston bought the house of famous presenter Opry Winfrey. The property for more than $ 14 million is located near the mansion of the representative of the royal family of Great Britain – Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle in Montecito, writes Dirt.
Winfrey bought the property in early 2021, paying $10.5 million for it. The sellers are New York hedge fund manager Fred Shuman and his wife Stephanie, who have been building the site for years. The sprawling complex includes a Mediterranean-style main house, two small cottages and spacious grounds.
In mid-August, the presenter split the site. So, two small cottages were sold for $2.3 million to Bob Green, a longtime personal trainer and manager of Winfrey’s estate. And the main Mediterranean home sold for nearly $14.8 million to actress Jennifer Aniston.
Mansion built in 1998. This is the so-called Tuscan farmhouse. Its U-shaped structure includes four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a bathroom. The total area of Aniston’s property is 1200 square meters. There is also a separate guest house, and the densely forested area covers about half an acre.
The Anniston estate car park can easily accommodate fifteen cars. The house itself is not visible from the street.
