American punk band Gogol Bordello, founded by Ukrainian native Yevhen Hudz, performed for Ukrainian defenders on the front line. Rolling Stone writes about it.
“I really want to do this because it’s incredibly inspiring for fighters to see Ukrainians united around the world. People in Ukraine hear a lot about international unity, but when they see someone physically approaching them they really believe in it. Such efforts change things tangibly,” said the frontman.
