The Lviv National Opera reported the death of his artist Ballet and warrior of the Ukraine Dmitry Pasechnik armed forces.
He joined the Ballet Troupe theater in October 2024, and in June 2025 he joined the Ukrainian army.
“In great regret, we reported the death of ballet Dmitry Pasechnik. Dmitry worked in the theater ballet troupe since October last year. In June 2025, he joined the rank of Ukraine’s armed forces,” the theater said.
Beekeeper studied at the University of Lviv’s Faculty of Culture and Arts named Ivan Franko, where he received a bachelor’s degree, and then entered the magistrate with a degree in directing and choreography.
“The academic university community with deep regret has noticed the news of this unreasonable loss and expresses sincere words of sympathy to relatives, loved ones, friends and twins of our hero,” the university said.
Details about the artist’s funeral will be informed later.
