Ukrainian director Oleg Sentsov, who defends the country from the Russian aggressor, said that the battle for Donbass will be over. He wrote this on his Facebook page on Tuesday, August 2.
“The battle for Donbass is coming to an end, at least in its active phase. The enemy has concentrated its last efforts on trying to capture Bakhmut, and has significantly reduced activity in other directions. The Rashists are moving their main forces to South to protect occupied Kherson and try to organize a counter-offensive there to stop the advance of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. I hope that we will defend Bakhmut and liberate Kherson in the coming weeks,” he wrote.
At the same time, Sentsov added that, despite the fact that there are also losses in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, a lack of equipment and shells for them, not a single fighter doubts the victory of Ukraine, because everyone is ready. to do everything possible for it.
