The Kia Stonic Crossover has received huge -scale facelifting, a new interior and modern technology. The model, which appeared in 2017, is now adapted to the actual brand design and resembles KIA’s last electric cars.
The model, as usual, is based on the Kia Rio platform. For stonic, a three-cylinder gasoline turbo is just 1.0 T-GDI with a capacity of 99 or 113 HP offered. with a six-speed mechanics or a 7-speed “robot” with two clutch.
The front side received more narrow LED factories, a reduced grille and a new bumper. In the GT-line sports version, the crossover stands with large air intakes and decorative aluminum style protection. The changes are minimal to the profile, but the new wheels of 16- and 17-inches are added, as well as two-colored green and yacht blue. Behind the C-shaped LED-Fuel and an updated bumper appeared. Due to the new form of bumpers, the length of the car has increased by 65 mm and is now 4165 mm, but the stonic remains one of the most compact in the classroom.
The interior received a completely new panel with a digital cab for two displays of 12.3 inches. Physical control buttons are replaced by a touch menu on screen. There is also a new steering wheel, a salon backlight, wireless charging and USB-C port. The trunk maintains a capacity of 352 liters. Modern security systems are added to the package: adaptive cruise control with navigation, an auxiliary highway movement and protection against conflicts in blind areas.
