The heir to the Belgian throne will continue to study at the Harvard School Kennedy magistrate in September.
The princess of Belgium Elizabeth will continue to study at Harvard School Kennedy, despite the recent attempts of US president administration, Donald Trump, who will forbid foreign students from entering the country’s universities. The Brussels Times reported it.
The 23-year-old princess is studying state policy and in May successfully completed the first magistrate course. However, after the American Administration on the Ban’s decision on the enrollment of foreign students, his academic future remained discussed.
Speaker for the Royal Family confirmed that Elizabeth will continue since September:
“All indicators are positive. There are no specific barriers that will prevent him from continuing September training this year”
The princess received a student visa as part of the Fulbright Belgium program, which contributed to academic exchanges between the two countries. Together with him, 15 Belgians received documents for training in the United States.
Remember, on May 22, the US administration officially suspended Harvard’s right to enroll in foreign students. This decision may affect the university, as about 27% of students are not US citizens.
Earlier it was reported that President Donald Trump’s administration announced the recall of Harvard University’s certification as part of a Student and Exchange Program (SEVP), which actually prohibits the institution from accepting new foreigners.
