The creator of Ethereum altcoin, Vitalik Buterin, donated 1,500 ETH, or $ 4.8 million, to two Ukrainian charitable foundations. It was reported to Twitter Unchain Fund.
Buterin was noted to have made two transactions of 750 ETH. The first amount was received by the Unchain Fund, and the second – by Aid For Ukraine.
Funds will be spent on the purchase of basic necessities – food, water, medicines, needed by people living in zones of active conflict.
