Mercedes -Benz has officially displayed the CLA shooting brake station wagon – the second model in line after a sedan, which is available in both internal combustion engines and in a full electrical version. The premiere took place with the participation of two electrical vehicles, while fuel changes with soft hybrid technology will eventually appear in 2026.
Compared to the previous generation, the dimensions of the new CLA shooting brake increased in all directions: the dimensions range from 4723 mm long (35 mm larger), 1855 mm wide (25 mm larger) and 1469 mm high (27 mm above). The wheelbase is also increased by 61 mm – up to 2790 mm. At the same time, the maximum mass of the brake trailer remained unchanged – 1800 kg.
The differences between the station’s wagon from the sedan begin the middle rack of the body: it received an elongated roof with panoramic glazing, LED rear light and a light strip between them. Thanks to the new body type, the space in the second row increased – the height of the head grew 26 mm, and the volume of the trunk with folded chairs reached 1290 liters.
The panoramic roof in the car is made of thermal insulation of the glass, and the 158 decorative stars are applied inside, which can be illuminated with internal lighting on the atmosphere. The operating of electrochromatic glass darkening is optionally available.
The interior of freshness completely repeats the sedan design: a flat instrument panel, an optional triple display Mbux superscreen, digital architecture and a minimum physical buttons.
Initially, two Electric versions suggested: rear -Wheel drive CLA 250+ Brake EQ shooting with a capacity of 268 hp. and 335 nm, which accelerates 100 km/h in 6.8 seconds, and all -wheel drive cla 350 4matic with a capacity of 349 hp. and 515 nm, capable of getting 100 km/h in 5 seconds.
Models are equipped with a traction battery with a capacity of 85 kW · h and a two -stage gearbox. The maximum speed is limited to 210 km/h, and the stroke in the WLTP cycle is up to 761 km at CLA 250+ and up to 730 km of CLA 350. Quickly charge with a capacity of up to 320 kW is supported – within 10 minutes you can change up to 310 km of running.
In the European market, CLA shooting brake EQ will appear in March 2026.
