President Vladimir Zelensky noted the Ukrainian cultural figures that made a significant contribution to StateHood strengthening.
On the occasion of the Constitution of Ukraine, President Vladimir Zelensky signed a mandate in providing state awards of cultural figures and public activists, which made a significant contribution to the country’s development.
The award ceremony took place in a symbolic place – at Sofia Square at Kyiv. The highest rank of today has received famous Ukrainian singer Artem Pivovarov. He was mentioned for “significant merits on strengthening states, courage and dedication shown in the protection of the sovereignty and territory of Ukraine’s life, a significant personal contribution to the development of various spheres of public life, the defense of our state’s national interest, the diligent fulfillment of professional duties.
Through the decree, host and volunteer Alexander Pedan was also awarded. For active social activities and assistance during the war, he received the command “for merit” of the III degree.
