The star of Anatomy Gray reports the development of the side amyotrophic sclerosis: he lost control of his hands, but did not lose faith in life.
American actor Eric Dane, known for the roles in the series Anatomy Gray, Euphoria and all women – witches, shared new details about his state of health.
In April, the 52 -Year -old artist was diagnosed with lateral amyotrophic sclerosis -a painless disease that affects the nervous cells that control the muscles.
In a new interview for Good Morning America, Dean said the disease began to develop:
“It seems to me, a few more months – and I can’t use my left hand anymore,” the actor admitted.
He also noted that he was concerned about the likely loss of mobility of the legs. Despite this, Eric tried to never give up – he works when he has the strength, and values every moment of loved ones.
The greatest support for Dean was his ex -wife, actress Rebecca Gaygart, whom she raised two daughters:
“I talk to her every day. We’ve been able to be the best friends and best parents. And maybe she’s my biggest ally and the most honest support. I hope her,” he said.
Eric Dane admitted that he was not willing to endure a diagnosis and believe the best:
“In fact, at the end of the day, all I wanted was to spend time with my family and work a little bit if I could. I couldn’t believe it was the end of my story. In the heart, I just didn’t feel like this was my finale.”
Keep in mind that tingling of amyotrophic sclerosis (bass) is a progressive disease that leads to muscle paralysis, loss of speech and even respiratory function. The average life expectancy after diagnosis is 2-5 years, and only 10% of patients live for more than a decade.
Earlier it was reported that Tom Hardy openly admitted that his Hollywood career did not pass without a trace for him.
