Amidst the powerful scandal is the famous American director and manufacturer Tyler Perry – Los Angeles has filed a lawsuit against him with serious accusations of sexual harassment, BBC News reports.
Actor Derek Dixon, who has cooperated with Perry in the series -shaped and merciless series, requires $ 260 million compensation.
The lawsuit states that Perry is said to have created the “forced, sexual exploitation of the dynamics” on the set and used his influence to manipulate Dixon’s paper. The actor says Perry promised him a breakthrough in the career, but then began to make sexual cues and threats.
“Perry clearly made it clear that the fate of my personality depends on my behavior outside the frame,” Dixon said.
One of the most serious stages described in the lawsuit is related to the trailer incident. Dixon claims that the director is said to have pressed him against the wall and began caressing after ongoing questions about sexual preferences.
As a result, the actor refused further cooperation and decided to focus on the scenario. He also said that such behavior in the Perry’s part was systematic.
Tyler Perry’s side was a category that denied the accusations. His attorney Matthew Boyd called the claim that “a fraud attempt” and said the director would not be destroyed:
“We are sure that the works -made accusations of harassment will be rejected.”
The lawsuit filed five years after the actors met at Tyler Perry Studios in Atlanta. During this time, Dixon managed to hire two manufacturer projects.
