The European version of the model is based on the CMF-EV platform, also used by Nissan Arya and the Renault Megane E-Tech and Scenic E-Tech Models.
The crossover is proposed in two versions. The standard has a capacity of 176 hp, a battery with a capacity of 52 kW ∙ h (a margin of 436 km in WLTP) and will be able to speed up to 160 km/h. In the top version, the same power is improved – 218 hp, as well as battery – 75 kW ∙ h, providing up to 604 km of course.
Rapid charge of up to 150 kW gives you to re -charge 80% in 30 minutes. The battery is previously heated or cooled depending on the weather and route conditions.
Vehicle-to-load function is also provided, allowing you to feed external devices up to 3.6 kW. In the future, the Leaf will also receive vehicle-to-Grid support, which will return to energy back to the power supply.
The manufacture of a new leaf will be assigned to the British Nissan plant in Sanderland. European orders will be opened in the fall of 2025, and the first delivery will be expected in the spring of 2026. The cost of an electric car has not been declared.
