Mazda has officially introduced the EZ-6 Sedan sports version of the Chinese market, Carnewschina reports.

Car sizes did not change: length – 4921 mm, width – 1890 mm, height – 1485 mm, wheelbase – 2895 mm. The EZ-6 Sports Edition preserves the branded grille of the Mazda radiator and the two-level structure of the headlights, where the main light is located under the lights on the running day.
The sporting version is highlighting the black decoration of the outer and red overlay for brake calipers. In the cabin, seats with upholstery from Alcantara are installed in black and contrast red-black stitch. The Dark Color Scheme is also present in the central console and ventilation holes to create a restrained sporting image. The 19-inch alloy black disc is also installed.
The technical features of the sports edition have not been published, but it is known that the model has been built on the Changan Epa platform, which supports a wide variety of electrified power plants.
The main configuration includes a 14.6-inch display of the multimedia system, a 50-inch enlarged projection screen operating on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 platform, and Sony Audio System with 14 speakers. There is also a 64-color lighting of the passenger compartment and chairs with the function of the deep tendency of the rear. Safety is provided by nine pillows, including a special pillow between the front passengers. The car meets European standards of crashing trials.
It is unknown if the car sports version will appear on sale outside China. The basic model is sold under the name Mazda 6e outside China.
Prices for the EZ-6 Sports Edition have not been announced.
