Sean Penn, who actively supports Ukraine, has made a harsh criticism of Donald Trump.
In an interview with CNN journalist Jim Akosta, the actor said the US president was a dangerous figure acting according to the logic “either mine or a draw.”
“I really remember the theory that Donald Trump was like a man where his wife left – maybe another man – and then killed his partner, because if he couldn’t get it, then no one would get it,” the actor said.
The actor also noted that such a destructive rhetoric and political behavior of the US president was a mixture of demonstrative power and panic fear of losing power:
“This destruction is partly a game of display of power, and partly – the literal idea of the last release,” Penn added.
