Google is testing augmented reality glasses with a translator and maps. The device will allow you to translate menus and navigate from point A to point B, writes the Daily Mail.

These prototypes include in-lens displays, microphones and cameras, but they will have strict limits on what they can do.

AR prototypes do not support photo and video capture, although photo data will be used to enable features such as menu translation or directions to the nearest location.

“These research prototypes look like regular glasses, with an in-lens display and audio and visual sensors such as a microphone and camera,” Google added.

Recall that earlier Facebook presented its first “smart” glasses, created in conjunction with the Ray-Ban brand.
