The star of Varisati shows Vladimir Zhollo lost more than 50 kilograms for six months thanks to surgery to reduce the stomach.
Humbist and TV presenter Vladimir Zhollo, known at the varies show, struck his fans as a result of weight loss – in six months he lost 54 kilograms.
In a conversation on the YouTube channel, the artist shared that such an effect made it possible thanks to an operation to reduce the stomach, which was pushed not only by many health problems, but also by the recommendations of doctors.
“It took me 80% of the stomach. It was a lot, but it was enough for my body,” Zhoklo said.
The actor admitted that the classic methods of losing weight did not fit him because of the ongoing tour, work and love of good food. That is why he, along with his wife, made a difficult but necessary decision to make a bariatric operation.
“I was a very good person and rarely refused when they said:” Well, try it, there’s still good. “And how to refuse, when it was really delicious? It was disrespectful to someone, he tried,” explained the artist with a smile.
The operation took place on December 1, 2024. At the time of the shooting, five months passed, and Zhollo had seen significant changes. It feeds small portions – no more than 150 grams at the same time, but at the same time feels fully and vigorously.
Losing weight for Vladimir is not a self -goal – first of all, he seeks to promote body work, improve properly and become a family support.
Earlier it was reported that Vladimir Zhollo was openly speaking about mobilization and criticism, which he received because of his activities.
