American actor Viggo Mortensen, known for the role of Aragorn in the movie Cult Trilogy of the Lord of the Rings, once again expressed support in Ukraine – this time publicly in Spain.
He was noticed at the Barcelona railroad station in a T -shirt with a large image of Ukrainian trizub.
Mortensen was on vacation when a large -scale blackout took place in the city. His train was confined to Madrid, but the actor responded to the situation with understanding. Spanish publication journalists Ara, who accidentally met the star, mentioned not only her calm, but also expressive clothing.
This is not the first time the actor will show the support of Ukraine. Since the beginning of the full -scale Russian invasion, Wiggo repeatedly condemned the invasion, appeared in clothes with Ukrainian symbols and attracted attention to the Ukrainian struggle.
In June 2024, Mortensen visited Chernivtsi, where he took part in the film festival.
Earlier it was reported that actor Pierre Richard expressed support for the Ukrainians.
