American actor Sean Penn, winner of the Two Academy Awards and a longtime friend of Ukrain, has taken a new symbolic step in support of Ukrainian people – filled with a tattoo in the Ukrainian trident. The drawing appeared on the wrist of his right hand.
This was announced by the head of President Sergey Leshchenko’s office on his Facebook page, photograph sharing and gratitude words:
“It was fashionable to come to 2022, and there was a turn of wishes. And in 2025 only real friends came in contact with the land of Ukrainiano and our people. Now you have a trident tattoo you brought from the front. Thank you all, Sean !!”.
This is the nineteenth visit to Penna in Ukraine since the full -scale invasion of Russia in February 2022. The actor not only operated the public in support of the Ukrainians, but also removed documentary materials about the war, meeting with warriors and helping to attract the world’s attention to the people of Ukrainian people.
