China’s electric car brand leapmotor, a Stellantis Auto Giant partner, is preparing for the primary electric sedan called B01, reports Carscoops.
In the first instance, the image of the new items has been published in the official leapmotor resource and the Chinese patent bureau database. Visually, the B01 largely repeats the B10 electric SUV design, especially in the front design, where you will find narrow headlights, LED strips and a dark bumper. The side profile of the model is somewhat restrained: the minimum bends and recessed doors hold. The back of the sedan also received an LED-optic with a characteristic LED strip for the entire width.
The car is available in two versions: the base will receive an electric motor with a capacity of 177 hp, and the flagship – 214 hp. Both changes are equipped with LFP accumulations from Calb. Data on battery capacity and the supply of strokes have not been disclosed.
The main advantage of B01 is that the price should be. According to the Chinese media, the cost of the model is from 100,000 to 150,000 yuan (from $ 13600 to $ 20400).
The official presentation of B01 will take place at the Shanghai Motor Show this month.
