The star of one at home was openly talked about a difficult relationship with her father, psychologically and physically played with her from childhood.
Makole Kalkin over 30 years ago destroyed all the relationships with his father Christopher Kitu Kalkin.
In an interview with Sibling Revelry, the actor spoke openly about childhood injuries, his father’s continued psychological pressure and cruelty, forcing him to leave the film industry.
According to Kalkin, his father not only controls his career, but also physically and morally played. The actress remembers that at the age of 10 she asked for a break from her job, Kit Kalkin refused, because her son’s fees were the main source of income for the family. Only when parents separated, did the actor get the opportunity to leave the film industry and stop any communication with his father.
Since then, he has not spoken to his father and has not intended to change it. “I didn’t talk to her, about 30 years old. She should be. She was a man with seven children, and now she has four grandchildren. And none of them want to have anything with her,” Kalkin admitted.
The actor also remembered how in childhood he was ready to go to prison to avoid meetings with his father.
This is not the first time Kalkin has been talking about his father’s cruelty. Back in 2018, he said Kit was “mental and physically cruel” and always led him, even before the boy was famous.
“He’s a bad person. He’s cruel, physically and moral – I can show you all my scars, if I want. Everything he tried to do in my life, I managed to achieve success before I was 10 years old,” Kalkin said.
Earlier it was reported that Makole Kalkin received a star on Hollywood Alley in Hollywood.
