Condemned! Key Alves is penalized to pay very high fine for breach of contract

Guedes & Almeida, a partner specializing in advisory and career management, sued the former BBB claiming that he signed a contract in May 2023 to structure commercial strategies and capture partners for Key Alves.

This agreement provided that all types of commercial negotiations of the influencer should pass exclusively to the advisory.

However, the company states that this is not what happened. Key Alves He closed contracts directly with third parties, without the intermediation of the company, breaking the rules of the contract.

Another point raised by advisory in the process was that the influencer reported that he had 12 million real followers on Instagram, something that, according to the plaintiff, was not confirmed.

The judge DANILO FADEL DE CASTROof the 10th Civil Court of the Central Forum of São Paulo, concluded that there was the contractual non -compliance by the company Key Alves And determined that the influencer should pay $ 100,000 in a fine.

In addition, the influencer was still sentenced to the payment of R $ 5,400 for compensation for damages, as well as having to pay expenses, costs and attorney’s fees at 10% of the total amount of the conviction.
