The winners of Eurovision 2024 are committed to creating a new album, which they call their best work.
The Swiss singers Nemo, who brought their success to the country in the Eurovision Song Contest in 2024, announced the cancellation of a concert in Kyiv planned as part of their European tour. It was reported on Instagram.
“It is with all our hearts that we announce the postponement of this year’s European tour. The dates have been changed to the end of October and December. I know how much you are looking forward to this spring performance, and since You Know Me, you understand how much it’s important to me to meet you and perform for you I understand that this news may disappoint you, and I want to apologize for any inconvenience,” said Nemo.
The musicians explained that after winning Eurovision they did not have enough time to write and create new songs. Therefore, they plan to devote the coming months to the production of an album, which could be their “best project yet.”
“We want to create the best work we’ve ever done, and then, when everything is ready, we want to rock it out with you on tour, we’re so grateful for your patience and understanding,” the artists wrote.
Despite the change in dates, the artists assured that the upcoming performances will be even more special thanks to the new material they are currently actively working on.
It was previously reported that Nemo, who won Eurovision 2024, was distraught because he accidentally broke his crystal microphone.
