The host of the New Channel does not believe that it is possible to learn English, but not Ukrainian, because it is difficult.
Ukrainian TV presenter Oleksandr Pedan admitted that he did not believe Efrosinina and Polyakova that they could not switch to the Ukrainian language, because it was easier for them to convey their opinion in Russian. He said this in an interview with FACTS.
“It’s good or nothing about colleagues, but I don’t quite believe in this thesis. You can learn English, but you can’t learn the Ukrainian language. I don’t agree with that,” he said.
The blogger admitted that he did not know Ukrainian before, and for this they wanted to kick him on television.
“Yes, it is difficult to switch to the Ukrainian language. And now it will not be difficult for us to build everything and so on? This transition and transformation of Ukraine into an independent country is not easy, it can not be otherwise. Yes, more easy to speak the language in which “you grew up. Yes, I’m from Khmelnytsky, but sometimes I get quite kicked out of television because I don’t know Ukrainian. I took it and I learned it, ”Oleksandr said.
Polyakova previously reportedly explained why she did not switch to the Ukrainian language.
