Ukrainian singer Vitaly Kozlovsky has openly admitted that he is ashamed of the fact that in 2018 he performed on May 9 in Russia. He announced this on the air of the show Ranok z Ukraine.
“I once made a mistake in my life and on May 9, durbetsel, I went to Moscow. Sorry. I curse myself for this. But then I was too irresponsible,” he said.
The musician also added that he will not do all the songs in Russian, because the artist is, first of all, a conscious citizen of his country and an example for his fans.
“We are in Ukraine, we are Ukrainians, we need to speak exclusively in Ukrainian and sing in Ukrainian. And this is right,” Kozlovsky summed up.
