Ukrainian singer and frontman of the group Boombox Andrey Khlyvnyuk, who joined the Ukrainian Armed Forces at the start of a large-scale invasion, told how the war changed his life and priorities.
Today the artist is actively involved in issues related to UAVs, planning missions, cooperating with intelligence, assessing weather conditions and developing safe routes. According to him, this completely turned his reality upside down.
“Before, the group and I worked very fruitfully and for a long time, so this was our only work then we became famous and did it in our hearts: 120 concerts a year with flights doing that . Of course, I’ve matured a bit: the beard has become more boring than me. green
The most painful thing for him was to see the young people come to the front from their desks at school.
“It’s very painful to watch young, very cool people whose war is their whole life from school, they fight heroically and I have no other profession I really want to tell them So they look at you and said: “Vladimirovich, you shouldn’t kick our brains, really. Let’s just take this little thing and fly.”
