Model and America’s Next Top Model contestant Jenn Ann has filed a serious lawsuit against controversial rapper Kanye West, People reports.
In his lawsuit, filed on Nov. 22, she says she was sexually assaulted while filming the video for “In for the Kill” in 2010.
According to the model, she was filming as a supporting actress and was only wearing thin underwear. On set, Jenn said, West pointed at her and said he wanted “the Asian girl.” The rapper ordered everyone to leave the area, after which, as mentioned in the case, he began choking the model, simulating oral sex with his fingers and filming it.
The model said that after the incident she contacted Universal Music Group, but the company allegedly ignored her statement.
“When Defendant West decided she was done with Plaintiff, her face was covered in saliva and smeared makeup,” the lawsuit states.
Jenn En is seeking compensation and moral damages through the court.
So far, Kanye West and his representatives have not commented on the situation. Universal Music Group also refrains from making statements.
It was previously reported that after less than two years of marriage, Kanye West and Bianca Censori have decided to separate.
