At first it was the father, Andre. Unlike 95% of gem dealers, he entered the profession neither by family tradition nor by passion. Rather by chance, in the 1980s, thanks to an innate (and unheard of) sense of business, he established himself in a very closed circle of diamond dealers. Then the daughter, Valerie, grew up with a sparkle under her eyes. In the late 1990s, the young woman founded a brand that bears her family name.
