The actresses Maeve Jinkings and Lorena Lima were confirmed in the cast of the remake of “Vale Tudo”, a highly successful soap opera in the 1980s.

According to the Leo Dias portal, they will be responsible for giving life to Cecília and Laíscharacters originally played by Lala Deheinzelin and Cristina Prochaskarespectively.

In this new version, adapted by the author Manuela Diasthe story of the lesbian couple will be explored in more depth, with emphasis on the official marriage and an adoption process. The characters will own an inn in Paraty, Rio de Janeiro, and will have their relationship portrayed with more complexity.
