The Los Angeles property was purchased for more than $8 million, turning the actor’s home into an investment project.
Actor Matthew Perry’s private home, where the Friends star died a year ago, has been sold for $8.2 million.
According to The New York Times, the buyer is developer and producer Anita Verma-Lallian, who bought the property for investment. The estate is located in a quiet area of Los Angeles and covers 325 square meters. The new owner now has four bedrooms, the same number of bathrooms and a spacious terrace with a swimming pool and jacuzzi.
Perry bought the building in 2020 for six million dollars and did a complete renovation. In the backyard he installed a modern swimming pool with a Jacuzzi.
It was previously reported that doctor Mark Chavez, accused in the ketamine overdose death of actor Matthew Perry, has pleaded guilty.
Deputy Perry is suspected of tampering with evidence after the lethal injection
