Shannen Dougherty’s ex-husband, actor Ashley Hamilton, was arrested in Beverly Hills after an argument at a hotel. TMZ reported it.
The actor was detained by the police in the early hours of August 24 for threatening a hotel employee with a knife. The incident occurred after the hotel manager woke Hamilton up in the lobby, making the situation worse.
Hamilton was arrested for disorderly conduct and the case will now be handed over to the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office.
In a comment to the publication, the artist said that the hotel employee threatened him, so he pulled out a knife, although he hardly remembers it. Already in the hospital, Hamilton told doctors that he fell asleep because he was taking some pills he was prescribed to treat cancer. According to Ashley, she is battling squamous cell skin cancer and has undergone two surgeries and treatments.
