The former lead singer of the Ukrainian group Aviator Igor Voevutsky has announced that he has joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He reported this on his Facebook page.
The actor shared that he will serve at the front as a military rescuer. In particular, he has completed a course in treating the wounded in battle and passed a physical fitness test.
“I took the TSSS course and passed the exam to become a rescue fighter. It was one of the hardest tests of my life. I did about 700 push-ups that day, not counting weapon squats and constant planks,” he shared.
Igor Voevutsky also turned to those concerned with a request to help him raise funds. The singer said that he has already bought everything needed for the service. However, there is still no body armor, boots or tactical headphones.
