Actress Salma Hayek took part in the Olympic torch relay in Paris, Hello reports.
The star carried the torch from the suburb of Yvelines to the Palace of Versailles, joining other celebrities.
During the relay leg, Hayek wore a white tracksuit with a number and inscription Paris 2024, completing the look with white sneakers and a sleek ponytail. He shared his feelings on Instagram, noting that he feels the excitement and unity that the Olympic Games bring.
“Getting ready to take part in the Olympic torch relay in Paris! Feel the excitement and unity that the Olympic Games bring. Stay tuned for more torch photos tomorrow,” he wrote on Instagram.
The relay will end on the night of the opening ceremony when the last person lights the Olympic cauldron. The man’s identity remains a mystery, but possible candidates include France’s Marie-Josée Perec, a three-time track and field gold medalist, and Zinedine Zidane, who led France to victory in the 1998 World Cup.
