The celebrity opposed Ukraine’s accession to the EU, expressing fears about job losses and rising tariffs.
The Ukrainian singer spoke out against Ukraine’s entry into the European Union, sharing his opinion on TikTok.
He was angry at the lack of a referendum on people’s desire to be part of the EU and expressed fears that Europeans would take Ukrainian jobs.
“I am against the European Union. I will explain why: all these yacht-factories-parships built in the European Union, they will start to be built here, people will start to come, their specialists who understand that this equipment will work with us And where will we work?”
The singer also noted that after joining the EU, Ukrainians can expect a significant increase in tariffs, large fines, queues to see doctors and bureaucracy.
“I am very satisfied with me, which is now in my country, but they will raise them even though they promised not to raise them during the war, but this is how it does not want to be in the European Union, because I want to go to the doctor when I want, and not wait in line for weeks just for them to give me a prescription so I can buy analgin. I want a bureaucratic story like it happens in Germany, that I have to carry a lot of paper with me live according to the papers and if the neighbors see you with trash in the trash, you will be fined €500 . I don’t like the euro, I’m very happy with my hryvnia, I don’t want a siesta when I want to buy something in a shop, the shops are closed two to three hours later.
