Marielle Franco’s widow, Rio de Janeiro (RJ) councilwoman Monica Benicio (PSol) is a pre-candidate for reelection this year to continue the excellent work she has been doing. The official launch of her pre-candidacy will be on Saturday, July 13, in Gamboa.
