Gabryell Urlan stands out with makeup challenges

Gabryell Urlan, digital influencer and DJ, is considered the king of makeup challenges and has been gaining prominence on social media with his comedy and makeup videos. In addition to being a drag queen, Gabryell is also recognized for his work as a Tribal House DJ.

Before becoming famous on social media, Gabryell decided to drop out of architecture school in his final year to dedicate himself entirely to his social media activities. “I dropped out in my final year, that’s when the internet came into my life and I couldn’t balance one thing with the other,” explained the influencer.

The Covid-19 pandemic also played a significant role in her career. “When the pandemic hit, I was almost finishing college. Then college stopped because of Covid and I had nothing to do, no work, no studies. I got to know the area, started making videos to keep my mind occupied, and that’s when I got followers and jobs,” said Gabryell.

Gabryell Urlan currently has over 10 million followers on social media. In June, he performed at the Guapo party in São Paulo, during the LGBTQIAP+ Pride month celebrations. His fun videos, lip-syncs, and infectious humor led him to be nominated for the Most Trending Video on TikTok award in 2023. Gabryell continues to captivate his audience both online and in his live performances. In addition to his success on social media, he is the creator of the hit song “I Love Tribal.”
