As the showman clarified, this does not mean that he intends to increase his descendants in the near future. Apparently, he was just making sure nothing bad happened.
American actor and comedian Nick Cannon insured his reproductive organs for $10 million. Entertainment Tonight reports.
The celebrity, who has 12 biological children from different women, called them his “most important assets.”
“I had to insure them. Because you hear about all these different celebrities insuring their legs… So I thought, ‘Hey, I have to insure my prized body part,'” he told the tabloid.
It’s all done in partnership with an organic soap and men’s grooming products company, but Cannon insists the insurance doesn’t mean he plans to expand his family anytime soon.
“I just wanted to make sure nothing went wrong,” Cannon said.
It is worth noting that Nick Cannon is raising a son, Legendary, who was born on June 28, 2022, and 11 other children from other women. He has 13-year-old twins Monroe and Morocco with ex-wife Mariah Carey, seven-year-old son Golden Segon, one-year-old Ryze Messaia and daughter Powerful Queen, now three, with Brittany Bell, three-year-old twins Zion Mixolidian and Zillion Hair, and LaNisha Cole’s one-year-old Onyx Ice Cole, Alice Scott’s one-year-old Halo. Cannon and Scott’s second child, Zen, died of brain cancer at age 5 months in 2021. She also has a one-year-old son, Beautiful Zeppelin.
