Jeremy sustained several injuries, including 38 broken bones, including fractures to his ribs, knees, ankles, pelvis, face and arms. In addition, his lung also burst and his liver was punctured.
American actor Jeremy Renner spoke in detail about the terrible snowcat incident that occurred on January 1, 2023 in Reno, Nevada. The Daily Mail reported this.
The actor shared his memories of cracking his skull and revealed for the first time his scars, including a huge one under his right shoulder. Renner said the snowcat, moving like a tank, crushed his head, crushing him with all its force. He noticed that under the pressure of the snow groomer his cheekbone was broken, his eye socket was damaged, and his eye was very large.
“There were four sections of wheels with metal rails – they pulled it like a tank. I remember every single one. I remember my head smashing into that thing and it just pressed down on me. Something that wouldn’t budge and a crushing force. But thank God, my skull didn’t give in, my eye socket was broken, then because I was run over by a car, I saw my left eyeball with my right eye,” the actor recalls.
Jeremy also noted that he tried to continue breathing, but it was very difficult to do so due to the fact that 14 ribs were broken and his lung was burst. However, he told himself to “focus on breathing” until the paramedics arrived.
“It’s impossible to breathe. It’s hard to use your stomach muscles when you have 14 ribs and a burst lung. The pulse is going down, an ambulance has arrived,” – added the actor.
The Marvel star admitted that the recovery process was very difficult. He can’t take care of himself – can’t go to the bathroom or take a shower. He was visited every day by various specialists who helped in his rehabilitation.

Earlier it was reported that Jeremy Renner published the first selfie from the hospital, where he ended up after being seriously injured while clearing the road to a ranch near Lake Tahoe.
