Event debates the urgency of ending sexual conversion therapies, known as “gay cure”
The ceremony will bring together experts and activists to discuss the harm of these practices and seek solutions to protect the LGBTQIA+ community. Confirmed at the event are drag queen Rubi Ocean, highlight of Drag Race Brasil, and activist Toni Reis, president of the National LGBTI+ Alliance.
There will also be a cultural presentation by Casa de Laffond and the delivery of praise to people highlighted in the fight for LGBTQIA+ citizenship in the DF.
