The summit focused on ending the war in Ukraine and the return of more than 19,000 Ukrainian children forcibly taken by the occupiers to Russia.

The famous American singer Madonna supported the Global Peace Summit in Switzerland, which is scheduled for June 15-16 and will be devoted to the full-scale war in Ukraine.

“Wherever there is conflict, children suffer… Ukraine, Palestine, Israel, Yemen, Syria, Nigeria, Congo, Malawi… The list is growing. We may not agree, but I pray that we all agree -according to our “Children must be protected! On June 15, world leaders will gather in Switzerland for a Global Peace Summit dedicated to ending the war in Ukraine and the return of more than 19,000 Ukrainian children who were separated from their families and deported to Russia,” he wrote.

The stage star emphasized that she stands “for peace for all children around the world” and “will not stop.”
