David Beckham has been named an ambassador for the Royal Charitable Foundation

The Beckham family is quite close to the British monarchs. David and his wife Victoria attended the weddings of Prince William to Kate Middleton and Prince Harry to Meghan Markle.

British footballer David Beckham has become an ambassador for the Royal Charitable Foundation. He announced this on his Instagram page.

The monarch met the footballer at his Highgrove Garden residence in Gloucestershire. The football star noted that he talked to the king about the work of his foundation and still found a joint hobby. They were both interested in beekeeping.

To meet the monarch, Beckham chose a brown suit and completed his look with a white checkered shirt and a blue tie.

“I am honored to be an ambassador for the Royal Trust As someone who grew up in London but has a love for the countryside, I look forward to supporting the Trust’s education programs and efforts to improve young people’s understanding of nature We share King’s beekeeping tips!” – Beckham wrote.
