In a statement from the royal couple, Princess Kate broke her silence for the first time since revealing in March that she was undergoing chemotherapy.
The Princess of Wales made her first appearance on social media since announcing she had been diagnosed with cancer. The Daily Mail reported this.
In particular, Kate Middleton and Prince William published an official statement related to the tragic events in Sydney, where an unknown person attacked people with a knife in a shopping center.
“We are shocked and saddened by the terrible events in Sydney. Our thoughts are with all those affected, including the loved ones of those who died and the brave first responders who gave their lives to save the lives of others,” wrote Kate and William.
It is understood that an unknown man armed with a knife attacked visitors at the Westfield Bondi Junction shopping centre. Due to the incident, six people died and three others were injured.
According to media reports, a nearby police officer entered the shopping center after receiving a report of an attack. When he caught up to the attacker, he raised the knife. He then opened fire and shot the attacker.
It was previously reported that after the Princess of Wales announced that she had been diagnosed with cancer, she became the most famous face of the royal family in the UK.
