The artist decided to learn a new skill when he returned from America to Ukraine. The star admits that he feels calmer this way.
Ukrainian singer Elena Topolya, who used to perform under the pseudonym Alyosha, said she was learning to use bladed weapons.
In particular, the star began to master a new skill after returning from America. According to him, it will help him keep himself in good physical shape and strengthen and improve his emotional state.
“After I returned from America, I decided that I wanted to master the use of bladed weapons for myself. This allows me to keep myself in good condition, in good physical shape, to be confident in my himself physically, spiritually, and mentally,” he said in an interview with kp.ua.
Even before the war, the star tried to visit the shooting range as much as possible and master the pistol and machine gun. Now Alyosha will remember his weapons skills, because it allows him to be more calm during an all-out war.
“I went to the shooting range because I asked my husband for a long time where to practice, where to shoot, I learned to shoot a long time ago, so I need to practice so as not to forget how to feel the weight, how to aspire When you have certain knowledge, skills, how- then it’s calmer, especially now. It is important to know that at any moment you can react correctly and evaluate the right strategies for your behavior. You have to be ready for anything,” the celebrity shared.
Now Elena Topolya is learning to use a katana – a Japanese long, sharp sword. This type of weapon is extremely dangerous, but at the same time disciplined and reactive.
“I go to classes with a katana because I want to release my emotions. The katana is a very sharp sword. It’s number one in terms of the danger of edged weapons, and you have to be careful, to put it calm. It disciplines, develops reaction, concentration, and observation. This art has many moments that teach a person to quickly react, check, analyze and act,” said the singer .
